EMT Pro is a study and training aid for students of the Lebanese Red Cross Emergency Medical Services curriculum. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any real patient. In a real emergency, follow your service's current protocols and your medical director's instructions, and call your local emergency number. Content is drawn from the Lebanese Red Cross EMT manual for revision purposes; protocols change, and the manual — not this app — is authoritative.
You sign in with an account so your progress is saved and your EMT trainer can see how you are doing. The account holds your name, a username and a password — never your email address, phone number or date of birth. Your study results are stored on our server and shown to the trainers of the course. Everything we collect is described below.
When you create an account we store the full name and username you enter and a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself). Signing in gives the app a session key that is kept on your device until you sign out.
Your XP, streak, lesson progress and a record of your study activity are saved to your account: each quiz question you answer and whether it was right, each flashcard you rate, the decisions you get wrong in AI cases, and the score and “critical misses” from each Field Mode debrief.
Trainers — the instructors running the EMT course, whose accounts are created by us, not self-registered — can see this for every student so they can find each student's weak topics and help with them. Trainers can also reset a student's password. Nobody else can see it.
A copy of your progress is also kept on your device so the app works offline; it is removed when you sign out.
There are no analytics, no advertising, no trackers and no third-party SDKs beyond the above. We do not sell or share your data.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Your account and progress are kept until you delete the account. Push registrations are kept until you disable notifications, uninstall, or the push service reports the registration as expired — at which point it is deleted automatically. AI case and Field Mode text is processed to produce a reply and is not stored on our server as a transcript.
EMT Pro is intended for emergency medical students and responders, and is not directed at children under 13.
